Resumo: This project will give you an opportunity to join our team where you will be able to empower young people to be and feel awesome. The organization is a non-profit organization working with youth in the county and has a special focus on youngsters with fewer opportunities, with migrant backgrounds, with mental disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community and young people in rural areas.
We work with experiential learning activities, innovative projects and the development of new methods and tools.
The main topics addressed by our activities are: sustainable development, social inclusion, equal opportunities, human rights, youth entrepreneurship, non formal learning and key competences development.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for volunteers who have great motivation and drive to support the organization and are willing to WORK! Who are flexible and creative and enjoy both office work (planning, meetings, brainstorming) but also enjoy participating and organizing activities for young people. We are open to volunteers from different backgrounds as long as you are motivated and have an interest in working with youngsters with fewer opportunities. We specifically welcome volunteers from the NEET group, people with migrant background, LGBTQ+ representatives and persons with mental disabilities.

Tarefas: The volunteers will assist in arranging activities while visiting schools, lead workshops, develop projects, take care of our social media and helping with day-to-day and ongoing tasks. Moreover, you will be encouraged to come up with your own ideas and initiatives.

Condições: The volunteers work in our office and live in a house of 225m2 two by two in big fully furnished rooms. They have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms and other rooms for privacy.
The house has a large garden and is located centrally with a five-minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. It is a 15 minutes walk to the bus and train station.
They will be provided with a public transport card to commute to Örebro and have access to bicycles as well. Volunteers receive monthly pocket & food money.
