Resumo: Community Center is a sustainable cultural institution with a specific mission for the preservation and development of the traditional values of the Bulgarian nation. The deep connection with the past, with traditions, with the educational process, culture and charity is at the heart of the authority of the community center. Throughout its 137-year history, our community centre has gained a position to work to support the community and has gained the trust of the local community over the years. Our community center relies on its roots as a social, national, cultural, educational and information organization that meets modern challenges.

Community Center aims to meet the needs of citizens related to:
1. Development and enrichment of cultural life, social and educational activity in kazanlak municipality;
2. Preservation of the customs and traditions of the Bulgarian people;
3. Expanding citizens' knowledge and inclusion in the values and achievements of science, art and culture;
4. Nurturing and promoting national self-consciousness;
5. Ensuring access to information.

Community Center carries out some basic activities: arranging and maintaining a library, developing and supporting creativity, organizing circles, clubs, celebrations, concerts and celebrations, collecting and disseminating knowledge, creating and storing a museum collection, implementing projects to national and European programs.

Perfil: - Young girl between 18 and 30 years old;
- Young person with fewer opportunities – including economic, social, geographical obstacles etc.;
- Kind and tolerant young person who has good behaviour;

Tarefas: The activities are non-formal learning and give the volunteers the opportunity to express their solidarity, develop different competences and abilities. The activities are highly social. Most of them are related to providing assistance to children and young people with disabilities and to the elderly.

Another part of the activities requires learning about Bulgarian traditions and customs in order to organize festivals, activities with children, exhibitions, etc. for the local population. Young people will be able to get to know Bulgaria, Bulgarian folklore and Bulgarian people.

During the project the volunteer will learn bulgarian language and will have the opportunity to discover bulgarian folklore. Will have the opportunity to develop his social skills and competencies.

Horário: The vacation of the volunteer is 12 days. He has 2 days holiday during the week. The working week is between 30 and 36 hours.

Condições: Accommodation, food and transport are free for the volunteer. The transport fees will be reimbursed after the arriving of the volunteer in Bulgaria.
Every month the volunteer will receive 150 euro pocket money and 200 euro food money.
