Resumo: The coordinationg organization is a grass-roots NGO that was founded by an ex-EVS volunteer, who wanted to offer similar life-changing experiences to other young people in the northwest of Germany. Starting of as an informal group in 2010, we became an NGO in 2011 and steadily grew our team and networks. In 2013, the first training course of our series Train the Trainers was implemented, which went into its 7th edition in 2020 and is now one of the most recognized trainings in international youth work.
In 2017, we became the first coordinating organisation for EVS/ESC Volunteering opportunities in the city. We gradually extended our network, and as of 2021, we host 3 volunteers in our team and coordinate 10 more volunteers in different organisations in our city.
Also, we are the sending organisation for more than 15 volunteers on the ESC programme per year. Occasionally, we take on interns through the Erasmus+ programme. Our target groups are young people and youth workers. In order to also reach young people with fewer opportunities, we particularly cooperate with organisations who work with that target group. From 2018 onwards, we are implementing our first Key Action 2 project (Trainers Library), which is about innovation in youth work. We also actively work on the recognition of youth work activities and are a member of the ADB Network in Germany.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: • Networking with other organisations in the city and surrounding area, such as with youth houses, universities, NGOs, initiatives, the city council and potential new hosting organisations.
• Give presentations about volunteering and international youth work
• Organising local activities and projects, such as clean-up actions, workshops on your favourite topics and activities for the other 14 ESC volunteers.
• Helping out with website maintenance, creating materials for publicity, etc.
• Develop your own project ideas and learning goals
• Working together with the team members in all areas of NaturKultur e.V. and especially with our other three volunteers
• Organising Tours for participants on our projects and support the team with local actions.
