Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit organization whose aim is to support the empowerment of European youth and adults in terms of education, social and economic development, through the following strategic objectives: promoting respect for fundamental human rights and actively contributing to ensuring peace and mutual prosperity; promoting respect for cultural diversity by providing opportunities to engage with and learn about different cultures through art and cultural heritage; strengthening feelings of trust and understanding at European level, supporting people to become active citizens and take action; improving young people's understanding of the dimensions and implications of digital and mass media environments; promoting environmental actions at all levels of society to protect our planet and health.
The organization's target group is the youth from the local community and surrounding villages, aged 10 to 30 years old, particularly those who face limited educational opportunities, geographical, social and economic obstacles, and a lack of support.

The main activities carried out by the organization are: implementing local and international projects, youth exchanges, training courses, conferences, public events and youth camps and developing programs, campaigns, educational materials and strategic partnerships in the field of education, rural development, inclusion, human rights, digitalization, mass-media and ecological sustainability;

Perfil: You are 18-29 years old;
You have good English and digital skills;
You are interested in working with young people (experience is a plus);
You are creative, adaptable, enjoy learning new things, and can manage stress well;
You have availability for a long time service

Tarefas: During this project, you will be involved in teaching language and digital skills to rural youth in the North of Argeș County. This will include developing and delivering lesson plans, assisting with homework, and providing one-on-one support to students. You will also work closely with local educators and other youth organizations to identify areas where additional support is needed and will help to develop programs and activities that address those needs.
In addition to teaching, you will be involved in organizing events and activities, such as cultural exchanges and digital workshops, that promote the European Union and its values, all in English language, giving youth a great opportunity to practice their communication skills.
Overall, you will play an active role in supporting the development of the young people in the community and will be an important resource for the local educators and youth organizations working to support them.

Condições: The participant budget covers:
1. Travel costs according with the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator and based on the real travel expenses.
2. Visa Costs up to the amount of 120 EUR.
3. Full allowance of 4 EUR per day as pocket money.
4. You'll receive 5 euro/day to cover the food and basic necessities.
You will be accommodated in double rooms.
Each volunteer will have individual bed and auxiliary furniture as well as access to shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, workspaces, terrace, garden, and other common facilities (to be shared with other volunteers).
