Resumo: The hosting organization is an organisation that woks with international exchange programmes. With us, the volunteer will have an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about international exchange programmes. They will participate in meetings and trainings. The main focus of the volunteer’s tasks will be on both the ESC and ICYE long-term exchange programmes. The working language for the staff, coworkers and exchangees will be English.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- Keen interest in an international organisation
- Fluent at written and spoken English is highly appreciated
- Extrovert, responsible and proactive, open-minded person Loyal, emphatic
- Down-to-earth approach to problem-solving

Tarefas: The volunteer will be engaged in a broad array of work areas such as external and internal communications, designing and planning activities for exchangees, preparing, coordinating and participating in various types of meetings with coworkers, but mainly, they will deal with ongoing administrative tasks.

Due to the dual quality of the position – both volunteer and worker at the coordinating office –, the volunteer will act as a bridge between both parts. They will keep in touch with exchangees – in cooperation with Dansk ICYE’s co-workers – during their project in Denmark, update them on the social activities in the organization, and help them explore ways to get involved locally and meet other young people in the area.
