Motivated to learn Italian and to communicate with locals; ready to work with people and children; willing to do arts; willing to collaborate and work in a team.
Has a strong respect of rules, patient and creative; communicative and open-minded; positive and proactive; adaptable, with a good time management skills; ready to take responsibility; can plan, organise and manage activities; knowledge of social media and Office, Google Docs. We expect your CV and Motivation to be in ENGLISH!

Tarefas: Support in theater; Creation of scenography, technical staffs, and handcrafts with (recycling) objects for shows, theater, and activities; Take care of the working spaces; Support reception work; Assist with the welcoming of members of the audience, and support in the logistical organisation of activities and events; Help to manage the promotion of center through their website and social media; Help to produce documentation of activities, taking photographs, making videos and editing; Assist with the operation of courses and workshops for children; In case of availability draft projects and create new ideas for future courses, staff, shows and workshops; Participate in intercultural events, like regional and international dinners, traditional dances workshops, meetings, in order to involve and meet the community; in case of availability take part to events, courses in Milan or outside the city, knowing others social and cultural realities.

Condições: You will share a flat, with DOUBLE rooms, bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen. You will live in the apartment with young Italians and ESC volunteers.
A Pocket money of 5 euro per day will be provided monthly, plus 160 euro per month for covering the food expenses. You will receive a monthly subscription to public transport to commute to the location of the activities.
The travel expenses will be refunded on the basis defined by the European Commission.
