Resumo: The hosting organization is an exchange organisation run mostly by volunteers for volunteering projects around the world and in the Netherlands.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
You are social and open person, since a lot of the tasks require you communicating with others. You are interested in the Dutch language and culture and ideally have already some knowledge of the language. You are curious to try out new tasks and enthusiastic to learn new skills.

Tarefas: During your ESC project you will get the opportunity to discover different teams within SIW, depending on your interests. Generally, 2 to 3 days a week you will support the team at the office with different tasks, for example prepare, attend and report meetings, write a guide for other volunteers who come to the Netherlands or digitalise the archive. Other days you will support other teams within the organization and half a day a week is for personal development. With your mentor and ESC coordinator you will discuss regularly which teams and tasks fit your personal goals. Examples are:
- Marketing & communication: speaking at a school or fair or making a social media post about volunteering
- Financial: learn about the financing of volunteering projects
- Training: get skilled to organise, give or evaluate a training course
- Summer camp: help to organise a summercamp
