Resumo: The hosting organization is an association that focuses on sustainability and social change with gender perspective. This initiative arises from the concern about the footprint of humanity in our planet, from the systemic crisis we are living at the different levels, and seek to address these problems providing solutions, experiences, investigation, education, dissemination of information and defence of the environment to promote possible and necessary changes, believing that us as humans have lot of power to transform realities.

This is a short-term volunteer program lasting a month and a half where 10 young people from Europe will live together co-creating a sustainable community and participating in regenerative activities of the landscape and rural life, exchanging experiences, knowledge and practices on sustainability and social change.

Perfil: - Youth in the age range of 18-30, from Europe.
- We are looking for motivated candidates with a pro-active,creative and problem-solving attitude, with a deep wish to live incommunity and to learn about regenerative culture.
- We will take in consideration:
+ Different backgrounds and youth with less opportunities.
+ Responsibility and commitment with the project.
+ People with great collective consciousness and desire toshare this experience.
+ The intention to revise our habits and lifestyles and to diginto the ecosocial transition we are moving.

Tarefas: Volunteers will do social and ennviromentalinterventions with the local community agents:
- Collaborative activities with the rural neighbours
+ Murals in the village.
+ Dancing, yoga, laughter therapy, handcraft workshops.
+ Games and local festivities.
+ Learning how to live in rural areas.

Environmental education activities at the school of the village
+ Nendo Dango and insect shelters workshops
+ Environmental games

Collaborative activities with social entities in O Pereiro de Aguiar and Ourense
+ Preparing workshops to do with them (laughter therapy, art-therapy...)

Personal growing activities

Horário: The volunteering program will be from Monday till Friday from 10.00 till 14.00 with the programmed activities and two afternoons where we will share our knolewdge, practices and interests with the group.

Condições: The living conditions will be simple.
The albergue has capacity for 20 people with two rooms and the group will be 10 people, 5 in each room with bunk beds (1 full bunkbed per person). There are options to sleep in tents for people wh omay be interested.
There is a big indoor common room, a kitchen and several bathrooms and showers.
It is located 15 minutes by car from thee city, in a natural ruralenvironment, with many hiking routes and close to the beautiful and scapes.

The first week we will know each other and stablish all the living agreements according to the group needs and each person situation.

It provides an opportunity to join meaningful work and experiential learning while your accommodation, travelling, pocket money (225€), insurance, food and mentorship are fully covered.
