Resumo: The hosting organization is an association, a non-governmental organization established in 2011. with the main aim to design programs for developing skills ofyoung people, discover their talents as well as to teach them to take actions and responsibilities.
We want to provide youth with adequate tools and motivation to activate their minds and bodies in order to become great leaders of 21st century.

Activities will be carried out mainly in the office space of the host organization and on Eco Educational Farm located 300 m from the office.
The farm includes a playground, a large yard where practical gardening workshops will be held and a community house where theoretical workshops will be held.

Perfil: Participation is free and accessible to all young people, including those with disabilities regardless of their ethnic group, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, etc. We are looking for participants with the following profile:
- Age 18-30
- Fluent in English
- Motivated to work with children and young people
- Motivated to live and work in a rural surrounding
- Interested in nature, sustainability, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship
- Independent and proactive.
- Good team player

Tarefas: This is project about forest school for kids and youth with using non-formal education. Project will have outdoor learning programs that take place in natural settings, typically in forests, woodlands, or other natural environments. The primary focus of forest schools is to provide children and young people with opportunities to explore and learn in a hands-on, experiential way, while fostering a deeper connection with nature.

Condições: ACCOMODATION
The association has focused itsoperational and financial capacities on arranging 1964 m2 of land with an existing residential building and an auxiliary building for the garden, indoor work space and agricultural land.

The property currently contains:
- residential building with accommodation for 21 people, internal work space and toilets;
- small orchard with organically grown domestic fruit varieties;
- vegetable garden with 10 raised beds;
- barbecue and fireplace;
- a spacious meadow for holding outdoor workshops
