Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit organisation based in Spain, characterised by a great level of interculturalism and social diversity. Our work is oriented towards the research, development and multiplication of theatrical tools and popular education as a means of social transformation.
We are a multidisciplinary and multicultural group of collaborators who carry out workshops and artistic actions at local and international levels around five main axes:
- Coexistence and active citizenship
- Interculturality, racism, xenophobia and social inclusion
- Education, school dropout, prevention of risky behaviours among young people
- Gender, equality policies and sexual diversity
- Heritage, sustainability and the fight against climate change Our methodology is characterised by a combination of:
- Theatre of the Oppressed
- Process work
- And other participatory methodologies

Perfil: We are looking for two volunteers (one living in Spain and one living in another European country) interested in experimenting and multiplying theatrical tools and participatory methods as a means of social transformation. If you are between 18 and 30 years old, you like theatre or have some theatrical experience, and are willing to discover how we apply it as a means of social inclusion, this project is for you!

Tarefas: You will participate in projects, workshops, activities and performances, coming into contanct with many different groups of people and learning more about interculturality and inclusion.
You will carry out activities at the organization, our theatre company, and within our European projects management team. Some of the activities that you will be carrying out include:
- Administrative support
- Activities associated with the implementation of local workshops
- Activities associated with the organization
- Events organisation

Condições: The project covers:
- Travel costs ( up to the limits established by the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator)
- Support for accommodation, maintenance and pocket money the organization will transfer to your bank account the established monthly amount. Before your departure, you will be responsible for finding your own accommodation.
The organization will provide you with all the support and the information you will need.
