Resumo: The hosting organization is created to serves the community by seeking solution to problems and designing actions to prevent issues trough formal and non-formal education activities.

The organization gathers together stakeholders such as trainers, facilitators, youth, social workers, youth policy makers, experts, volunteers and donors in different environments nationally and internationally.

MISSION STATEMENT
To improve the lives of the people without border and in a meaningful way, with sensitivity to the international environment and culture in respect to the local realities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

We're looking for 1 volunteer who is passionate about making a difference in her/his community and who are willing to commit time and energy to the organization's mission. The ideal volunteer will be reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team. Experience/skiils on social media, projects writting, video editing. Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus). Knowledge of a specific issue or subject area related to the organization's mission. Experience in event planning or fundraising. Ability to work with diverse groups of people, commitment, empathy, initiative, adaptability...

This project has a APV (Advance Planning Visit) between last week of February and 1st week of March 2024

Tarefas: This initiative aims to equip young people with professional skills in social work, addressing their low involvement in social causes. He/she will engage in practical experiences, learning about the challenges in social work, and embracing values of solidarity and respect for human dignity. He/She will gain insights into solidarity's essence and spread these values in their communities. The program includes coaching and motivational sessions, enhancing professional opportunities and reinforcing their commitment to social causes. The activity emphasizes administrative and financial aspects, where volunteers support daily financial management and office operations, working with the ABARKA team.

Condições: Accommodation is provided with all living standard and near the office in the city of Oiartzun (Guipúzcoa). Food allowance: 135€/month Individual Support: 180€/month. Transport all covered for activitiies/work purpuses. From home to the office, we made available bycicles for the uses of volunteers. No need to take buses.
