Resumo: We are interested in hosting 6 volunteers in a project which peomote education trough arts in the Roma communities from Resita and Caras Severin County.

We want to host 3 volunteers for 9 month.

The project will start at 01.09.2012 until 01.06.2013

The volunteers role will be to organize and run different cultural activities together whit our volunteers and the project leader whit Roma and non Roma kids from different disadvantage communities after the school classes in schools or in the Roma communities.

The volunteers will have also the opportunity to work together whit our team( 4 social workers, psychologist, teachers, school mediators, in diferent disatvantage comunityes, in Roma communities in order to learn more about the reality of the Roma in Romania.

Perfil: The selected volunteers must have interest in working whit Roma and disadvantage groups, to have animation and non formal education knowledge, to be open and to accept a stage of 9 month.

Tarefas: They will do activities together whit our volunteers on a project basis in one or two locations.

At the beginning will have one month to prepare the project and 5-8 month to do the activities proposed. The activities must be activities must be of a kind used in non-formal education based on arts, sport and animation.
