Resumo: The hosting organization is a social intervention project based in the Ciudad Lineal district, Madrid. It aims to improve the education of children and young people and enhance the situation of their families by creating and offering an appropriate space for after school activities and providing a safe space for their social, recreational, emotional, and intercultural development. With our projects, JARA wants to achieve an environment of coexistence,
equal opportunities, and effective social inclusion.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

We are looking for a highly motivated person to work with people at risk of social exclusion, children, teenagers, and families in an intercultural environment.
Spanish knowledge is welcome but not necessary

Tarefas: - Supporting, creating and implementing leisure time activities
- Supporting the tutoring program
- Helping in other areas/activities related to the association
- Participating in weekend trips outside the city and the summer camps

Condições: Volunteer will live in a shared flat with other volunteers or with locals. This will be arranged by the organization unless the volunteer prefers to organize it by himself/herself/themselves.
Volunteer will receive 180€ per month as food allowance, 6€/day as pocket money, money for the monthly transportation card and the accommodation money.
Everything will be provided at the beginning of the month by check or bank transfer.
