Resumo: The Association was established in 2021 with the aim of extending youth programs to young people in rural areas. We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to non-formal education, culture, and youth opportunities. The organization aims to improve the level of personal development of young people living in rural areas of Dobrogea, through activities and events dedicated to non-formal learning, culture, opportunities, and the promotion of sustainable and responsible ecological behavior among young people.
The organization aims to implement non-formal learning activities aimed at raising the level of personal development of young people. All founding members of the organization are young people from the target group and former volunteers who have participated in numerous projects, with a strong focus on volunteering activities, both within the European Solidarity Corps and in local projects.
Thanks to this we can understand exactly the needs of young people in the target group and also the needs of volunteers, being passed through both roles: The young people who still live in rural areas and the volunteers in ESC projects.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Imagine a place where your creativity can soar and your ideas can come to life – that's the youth center. As a volunteer, you'll be at the heart of a vibrant community, working hands-on to develop youth peer- work guidelines. These guidelines will be more than just documents; they'll be the roadmap for empowering local youths, helping them unlock their potential. Your typical day will involve 6 hours of immersive experiences, from workshops to collaborative projects, all within a five-minute walk from your cozy abode. Here, you're not just a volunteer; you're a mentor, a leader, and a catalyst for change, shaping the future one day at a time.
