Resumo: The hosting organization is a new organization established on January 23, 2020. Our primary goal is to implement the ideas of youth through various projects, to find opportunities that support our ideas, to be creative and innovative, and to explore and use every given possibility that lies before us to fulfill our organization’s objectives:

promote non-formal education in Latvia
develop modern competences for young people
promote the development of Latvian and European values and culture
support different groups, organizations, and societies of young people with social disadvantages and individuals with disabilities.
promote art and culture
promote the integration of minorities into society
promote awareness of climate change and the impact of environmental pollution on nature, humans, and animals
promote active citizenship

Organization target groups:
youth (13-30 years by European standards)
students (approximately 18-25 years old, but may change)
people with fewer opportunities facing various hardships, including:
geographical (from rural area or small Latvian cities)
social (young people with limited social skills, disability (including blindness) young and/or single parents, orphans, young people from broken families)
cultural ( people belonging to a national or ethnic minority, young people with linguistic adaptation and cultural inclusion problems)
economical (low standard of living, low income, long-term unemployed youth; including all ages - children, youth, adults, seniors)

Currently we are a small organization of 50 people with plans to grow to at least 300 people by the end of spring.

Our organization accepts all challenges of the 21st century and understands that youth work is not something that should happen regardless of the place, it is something that should be constant and in any space. With the problems of organizing events caused by the pandemic, we have found a new way of interaction and organize online meetings and games for young people.
We came up with a discussion format - 3D talks with friends from all over the world. On our platform, we share various digital tools on how to spend time usefully. We share opportunities in Europe using the capabilities of Eurodesk and information from the European Youth portal.
As well, we were be able to participate in networking event for youth organisation representatives looking for partners for their Translational Exchange Projects.

Perfil: Age: 21-30

Tarefas: - organize vakue added events with help of project team and organization members;
- promote EU oportunities;
- Creating community evenings and discussinos in free form;
- take care of our office;
- promote inclusion and make a partnerships with different local NGOs;
- inspiring local youth, work together and give them space to create
