Resumo: The hosting organization is a space and a community that inspires, connects and empowers people working for positive societal change and development. The 500+ members of the organization work on creative solutions for social, ecological, and cultural challenges across Europe and beyond.
The mission of the organization is to support those people in realizing their entrepreneurial ideas for sustainable impact locally & globally. T
he organization is an active part of a global network of 100+ worldwide and plays an important role in supporting other social entrepreneurs and other organizations in Central, Eastern and South East Europe.

Perfil: • Young people between 18 and 30 years old
• Knowledge of English language preferred
• German is most welcome but not a must. A language course will be provided upon request.
• Self-starter, hands-on, with good communication skills, willing to help
• Curious and willing to learn
• Interested in social entrepreneurship, startups, and co-working is a plus
• Proactive, communicative and motivated person
• Experience in community building is an advantage
• Positive energy

Tarefas: You will gain a deep understanding of global social & environmental challenges by getting introduced to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
You can expect these types of activities in the course of the project:
- Connecting and supporting the members of the hosting organization to realize their projects/ideas
- Support the development of new sub-community offers & features focused on the different SDGs (community initiatives, event formats, awareness campaigns, internal processes)
- Support the organization of a range of online & offline community meetings, workshops & events
- Curate the members collaboration platforms and use it to raise awareness of SDG topics (Facebook group, internal member platform)
- Support the hosting of the community in the space, maintaining an inviting & inspiring place for people to connect by meeting & working.

Horário: You will be involved 7-8 hours a day from Monday to Friday (including 30 minutes of break). Saturdays and Sundays are free and you have a right to take 2 days off per a month.

Condições: Approx. EUR 750,- per month is available to cover accommodation, food and pocket money.
Travel expenses (return ticket) will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after arrival and after receiving all copies of boarding passes/ other tickets.
A yearly ticket for the public transportation in Vienna will be provided. A German course will be provided. You are covered by the insurance that is arranged through the ESC.
