Resumo: The hsoting organization was founded in 2006 and is committed to alternative cultural projects within the cultural life of the city. The association wants to take up current political and cultural topics. To this end, an open, alternative, international and diverse cultural program is organized every year, focusing on inclusive, integrative and professional cultural projects.
The objectives of the organization are to creatively break taboos, to provide impulses for social discourses and further developments, and to present the Sommerblut audience with new perspectives and new horizons. The association strives for the cooperation of people with disabilities, socially disadvantaged people, lay people and professional artists. The association wants to open up a platform for disabled and socially disadvantaged people. The association wants to enable artistic creation that derives its value and appeal precisely from the individual's handicap.
For this purpose, the Sommerblut Kulturfestival promotes its own productions in the areas of theater, music and dance.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Basic German skills (min. A2) are important
We're looking for a volunteer who comes along with a good portion of empathy. Social skills are very relevant for this job. It would be lovely if you have experience in project managemet.

Tarefas: As a volunteer within our festival you will closely work together with us in different theatre, music and art productions. You will learn to work within the festival organisation about the different structural parts (project management, PR, Social Media, etc.). While you will work often at the desk in our office, you will also dive into different productions and support these production in the development phase.
