Resumo: The Association is a dynamic organisation lead by experienced youth workers who decided to combine their ideas and experiences to boost young people’s skills for the benefit of society. Aiming to the research and the development of common values and mutual understanding in our globalised world, the association organises different activities and events as training, exchanges, conferences, and competitions. In particular, we are focusing on connecting youngsters and entrepreneurs of CEE, EaP and Balkan countries in a local, regional and global level.

Our key fields of expertise within the youth sector are youth empowerment and participation, innovation and entrepreneurship. In the field of youth, we focus on Erasmus+ projects, we are actively working on KA1, KA2 and Visegrad Fund project. Under the innovation field, we organize the Euroasian Startup Awards, the biggest startup competition in the Eurasian region, HackMeOut, a hackathon involving 100+ competitor the Solidarity Breakfast for the local enterprises’ CEOs and NGO leaders. Our daily work is mostly based on these occasions.

Perfil: - Age: 18-30
- Pro-active, interested in making new contacts, open towards personal development, eager to learn about other languages and cultures.
- Good communicational skills and motivated to interact with local community and support both field and office work.
- Interested in international relations, democracy and international policies

Tarefas: The volunteers will join and support our daily activities as an organization, and in case they have personal initiatives, we will support their ideas.
In cooperation with the members of the organisation, the volunteer will:

- Support Marketing, Business Development, IT, and Data Analysis Teams
- Perform Basic data analysis tasks.
- Perform quality communication through Virtual Meetings, Phone, or via Email.

Condições: The accommodation costs are fully covered. The volunteer will live in a shared flat equipped with all the necessary utilities for comfortable living in the downtown.
The transportation from home country to Hungary and back will be covered.
Allowance: Each month, volunteers receive a minimum of 120 000 HUF (approx. 315 EUR) pocket money, food money, including the price of the monthly local transportation ticket.
