Resumo: (Agricultural professional school)
The school offers initial training under school status, under contract with the Ministry of Agriculture. The vocational baccalaureate courses offered at the school are mixed and therefore accessible through apprenticeship (students and apprentices in the same class). The training courses of the establishment are grouped around different poles of competence : agricultural trades, horticultural trades, landscaping professions and garden center sales jobs. These courses are open to a public from 14 years old (high school / baccalaureate level and youth training NVQ ). The school offers a boarding school with a capacity of 100 places as well as a school catering service. Finally, the school also has a sports association and an association, ALESA, which is entirely managed and administered by the school's students. This enables them to organise their free time (cultural and sporting outings, theme evenings, setting up clubs).

Perfil: Age: 18-30

- Adaptation, communicative and willing to approach to a different
audience ;
- Desire & readiness to work in rural area ;
- Convinced by non-formal education principles and beneficts
- Sense of initiative and willingness to develop one’s project;
- Good level of French or/and English or motivation to learn French;
- Motivation to participate in European project and become a facilitator for European projects and values.

Tarefas: This individual volunteering activity will take place within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps. For 12 months, the volunteer will work in the office of the Agriculture professional school.

He/she will be fully integrated in their team and will have a tutor in the school, helping him/her with assignments and daily life, and a tutor.
Various missions will be entrusted to the volunteer, and more specifically the following ones:

- Promoting European mobility among learners. In this context, the volunteer will promote the various European mobility schemes. He/she will be able to create teaching and organise presentations and exchanges of experience with learners.
- He/she will work with our English teacher to provide support and help with language problems. Through the students' association, the volunteer will be able to run a Language Café, offering discussion sessions with students or staff outside the classroom.
- The volunteer will contribute to the overall activities carried out within the school via school life and the ALESA. He or she will support PE and socialstudies teachers in carrying out their educational projects with students: clubs, events, life in the hostel, cultural projects, sports outings, etc..
An important link will also be created with the documentation center by setting up cultural workshops or exhibitions.
- Suggesting new activities for youngsters and local population in accordance with their needs and your expactations (for instance : helping children in home assignments, leading cultural and artistic activities, encouraging sport and good health practises...
