Resumo: (ESC IN SUPPORTING CHILDREN AND TEENS)
Centro QR52 is a youth center in Milan, dedicated to youngsters aged 11-19 from the neighbourhood. In the youth center they can meet their friends, take part in organized activities, play sports and receive support for their homework

Tarefas: - After-school activities with children and youngsters;
- Creative, artistic and cultural workshops with children;
- Support in sports activities, such as tournaments and trainings, in both aspects: logistics and practice;
- Support children and youngsters to take care the community garden;
- Support in organizing and managing of the group trips and holidays;
- Activities and development of new ideas in order to involve the local community through intercultural meetings and linguistic tandem in English, Italian and own mother tongue;
- Intercultural events, like regional and international inners in order to involve and meet the community;
- Dissemination of European opportunities among young people, spreading information through meetings at local level and within the center;
- Support in communication through spreading of information on different websites and social media

Horário: Volunteers will work from Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break, for maximum 35 working hours per week. Availability to work during Saturday and Sunday in case of festivals and events.
Volunteers will work for 5 days per week, with 2consecutive days off (normally Saturday and Sunday).
In Summer, due to school holidays the timetable can change a little. Volunteers will get 2 days of holiday per month

Condições: You will share a flat in Milan, with double rooms, bathrooms and an eat- in kitchen.
The accommodation is provided by the coordinating organization: Associazione No Borders. You will live in the apartment with other Italians and ESC volunteers.
Pocket money: 5 euro per day for month.
Food money: 160 euro a month.

The volunteers will also get a monthly ticket for covering the transports to the activities.
The travel expenses will be reimboursed on the basis defined by the European Commission.
An online italian language course will be provided.
Volunteers should bring with them their laptop
