Resumo: (Teams volunteering project)
In 2022 the town bought a house in the city centre with the aim to transform it into a youth centre.
The new youth centre opened in February 2023 but there is still a lot of work to be done for it to become a meeting place for all young people (mostly group 14-21 year olds) of the area.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are especially looking forward to volunteers interested in direct contact and communication with locals. It would be great if you had experience in manual work, but it's not mandatory.

Tarefas: your group will support in a variety of different tasks inside and around the youth centre, for it to become a nice place for young people to follow up on different projects and hang out with each other.

Condições: You will stay in the local community centre. In the accommodation there is a big room, where you will sleep on sleeping mats or camp beds, a kitchen and toilets. To shower, you will use the sportshall which is about 2 minutes walking away. Please bring a sleeping bag with you! Your group of volunteers will be responsible for grocery shopping and cooking together.
