Resumo: The hosting organization are looking for volunteers to promote gender equality through culture, interculturality and arts. This inspiring mission will allow you to use your creativity and your passion for art to share and raise awareness, but also to encourage dialogue on issues related to gender equality. The mission will result in an artistic performance showcasing the achievements and creations of the participants

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- An interest in the arts and culture.
- Sensitivity to gender equality issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people.
- Knowledge in one (or more) art forms is a plus.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you’ll be involved in different activities: awareness-raising with intercultural workshops and discussions on gender equality issues, to expand your knowledge and artistic creations. Collaborative and artistic creations focusing on gender equality, through different artistic forms (i.e.: dance, theatre, music), will encourage self-expression and reflections on your respective countries. You’ll work with artists and facilitators to prepare a final artistic performance that will enable you to share your ideas and messages related to gender equality with a wider audience.
