Resumo: (summer camp)

During the process in which we began to design and later carry out the first project in 2008 to the present, the path has been full of obstacles that we have encountered. These obstacles were never considered as something negative, but have always been part of a learning process that has led us to strengthen ourselves personally and collectively.

We always preserve and show great dedication, regularity and perseverance based on the commitment that involves the activities we carry out in relation to education. Based on this and the desire to continue planning educational and solidarity actions in the field of childhood and adolescence, we created the Association. That opens its doors to anyone who wants to get involved in the cause.

Under the motto: will, desire and ideas and with solidarity ideals, this association makes clear its commitment to want to change today's society, to contribute and practice a quality education for children and to help people who need it most.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- Motivation and desire to work with children and learn with and from them;
- Commitment to carry out your task as a volunteer;
- Having a positive, open and committed attitude to the educational environment of the project;
- Basic knowledge of Spanish and having done a stay in an NGO will be valued;
- Other skills to consider: flexibility, responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team.

Tarefas: we organize a Summer Camp for 150 boys and girls in situations of social risk, where they learn while playing and having fun. The following tasks of the volunteer will be:
- Give support to the group leaders for the day-to-day;
- Accompany the boys and girls in their learning process and personal growth;
- Provide support in the tasks that are carried out;
- Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of activities;
- Provide the help to create educational material for activities;
- Be part of the children's learning process;
- Participate in team meetings.

Condições: The hosting organzation will provide a place to stay close to the place of volunteering. The volunteer will have a room to himself. Within the project, the volunteer will receive breakfast and lunch. In addition, we provide enough money for the rest of the meals. We also paid for the round trip and local transport, as well as the visa, if it was necessary.
