Resumo: (youth)
The hosting organization works with youth from deprived areas, empowering them to follow their dreams through mentorship, sports and culture, tutoring and leadership courses. Our goal is to connect with youth and help them implement a plan on how to meet their individual dreams and goal, based on their individual needs.

Our target groups are adolescences between the age of 15-30 years and our secondary target group are teenagers 10-14 years of age. We reach out to this group because we share the same objectives, which are to empower, encourage and provide the opportunity for young people to reach their Dreams.

We have a youth facility which is open in evenings, where youth get to dance in our dance studio, work out individually or in groups in our gym, record music/podcast and play video games with other youth. Here we also provide them with support in preparing job applications, training for driving license test, and they get to use our facilities for their own other activities for free.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are interested in finding a participant who is enthusiastic or passionate about the kind of activities we organise for the youth. They can have an interest in and or have an understanding of sports such as football, basketball, and volleyball. They could be interested in dancing or making podcasts, singing, recording or producing music or making and producing videos. They should be motivated, eager to learn, have been part of a similar project, or be involved in a similar project or program.

Tarefas: The volunteer will primarily be involved in the activities organised by the organisation. These activities range from Sports and cultural activities to workshops and social events. The activities will include football, basketball, volleyball, dancing, singing and music production, podcasts and making videos depending on their interest. They can be involved in the planning, managing or organising and marketing of the activities. They will be part of the team that manages our social media pages and also do some small administrative work for the organisation.

Condições: The volunteers will share an apartment with another volunteer. The apartment has a toilet and a kitchen and a shared laundry room. There is WI-Fi, a TV and electricity will be paid for. They will also receive a monthly allowance for food and 6€/day as pocket money. The payment will be on the 25th of every month and will be paid out in the bank. For transport arrangements, the volunteer will be reimbursed for a round-ticket flight according to the distance band and be provided with a monthly bus ticket for local transport during the activity.
