Are you looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience in working together with other young people while immersing yourself in a vibrant and unique culture? Look no further! We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us in developing a summer school for children and youngsters in a community in Romania. The program will run from July to September and will focus on providing educational and fun activities for local children during their summer break.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The selected volunteers should be interested in the topic of the project and willing to: Promote the values of the European Union in the community where the activity will be held; Promote volunteering and its benefits for young people; Get involved in promoting non-formal learning with the children/youngsters from the community; Work with children and youngsters; Share their experience and skills with others; Have some experience and skills in the social field and in the work with children and youngsters; Contribute to the development of the A4ACTION Youth Centre.

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, skills, and creativity to develop the curriculum and program activities. You will work alongside other volunteers and local organisers to create a memorable and enriching experience for the children.

Condições: BENEFITS: Transport cost reimbursement (to come to Romania and to go back to their countries of residence) according to the band distance; Pocket and food money; Accommodation shared with the other volunteers; Short workshops and training, such as: welcome meeting, working with youth, non-formal learning, safety and security, self-motivation, teamwork etc. A mentor who will support the process of learning and personal development; The opportunity to work in a multicultural team;
