Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-governmental organization, which means that it operates independently of the state.

The aim and goal of the association is humanitarian activity, education and active development of an inclusive culture. Our goal is also to enforce the rights of children, adolescents and adults with special needs and children and adolescents with typical development. Within this framework, we primarily support their development and successful integration into organized forms of education and wider society.

The association is proud to act as an organization in the public interest in the field of education and sports. In 2023, we also acquired the status of a disabled organization.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The volunteer is most of all expected to be honest, reliable and resillient. We also expect motivation for working with children and young adults with special needs, as well as adaptability and flexibility. Coperation and communication skills are also a plus, working in a team will be necessary. Also we would appreciate ICT skills and social media skills.

Tarefas: The volunteers will be able to join many of our inclusive activities, ranging from sports, to arts, social inclusion, Bdays, day care and support for families with children with special needs (mostly intellectual dissabilities, autism). Children and yound adults with special needs are great teachers and so the volunteers will benefit many important life changing lessons and their wisdom. Our Association also organizes international inclusive festival, accompanied by an inclusive sport event and art event. Druing the year, we organize daily adapted sport practice, daily social inclusion activities for young adults as well as weekly support for kids with special needs, their families and regular activities related to healthy life style and spending quality free time.

Condições: The Association will help the volunteer to find accommodation, provide programme funds for meals (we also have a small kitchen at our premises), and local transport - be it bus or free bike.
