Resumo: (Volunteering Teams project)
The hosting organization is a NGO that promotes international mobility among young people. We offer them the opportunity to develop themselves through various informal and non-formal education programmes. With our work we impact our region and we also connect it to the rest of Europe and the world. All this in a diverse and inclusive environment.
We are the reference organization for the international mobility of young people. However, our impact is not limited only to our region, but also at national and international level, developing our network of cooperation and transversal projects.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for candidates willing to work with disadvantaged youth and in a rural area of Sicily, proactive, positive, curious, open-minded, flexible and responsible.

Tarefas: For 40 days, volunteers will support in implementing summer activities for kids and youngsters from 8 to 14 years old. All activities will be based on Non Formal Education and will also be focused on EU values

Horário: Volunteers will be involved in activities 5 days per week, with a maximum of 35 working hours.

Condições: They will live together in the beautiful palace, a historical place in the centre. The flat is very large and contains all the necessary facilities, including a large terrace.
Volunteers are going to share the rooms, according to gender and/or other requests.
Besides the pocket money provided by the programme, volunteers will receive a food allowance of 4,50 Euros per day.
