Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit association that aims to develop an open-minded, tolerant and active attitudes, fosters dialogue and critical thinking among young people when facing socio-political issues. The organizations’ goals are reached through educational projects with young people with emphasis on teenagers and NEETs, educators in general especially with youth workers and teachers and other stakeholders such as political representatives and private sector agents..

The specific objectives of the organization are:
1. Promote citizen participation among young adolescents and young adults;
2. Develop a conscious and critical attitude with socio - political issues.
3. Develop transversal skills and aptitudes to encourage young people's initiative and entrepreneurship;
4. Promote youth initiative.
5. Contribute to the development of didactic tools related to entrepreneurship and employability, among others.
6. Promote the education of future entrepreneurs.
7. Contribute to the quality of projects related to entrepreneurship by sharing good practices and experiences from previous projects with other organizations.

Perfil: - Teacher English (children 4 - 11 years) - Youth worker - Audiovisual / Social Media - Moverope Activist Age: 18 - 30 Everybody is welcome to apply as long you feel, you will identify with the organization and its activities and you are aware of applying for a project that is located in a rural and poorly communicated area. We expect you to be highly motivated, communicative, and with a sound work culture. Young people with fewer opportunities are very much encouraged to apply. - Moverope Activist Each volunteer will have a clear profile and role within the organisation.
Despite that, you are expected to collaborate with the staff and volunteering colleagues. The organization functions as a family: we help each other out, we share responsibilities and tasks and we care for the well-being of every member of the organisation. The organization works from Monday to Saturday and the working schedule is organised in 5 working days for every person. Punctually, there are activities that are implemented during the weekends.

Condições: During the first month, you will have the chance to live with a Spanish host family. Your own room will be provided and you will discover our traditions and way of living. Your Spanish family will be there to support you during your volunteering period. For the resting 9 months, you will be living in one of the two shared flats, with individual bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a terrace to enjoy the famous Spanish sun. Nearby you wil find, small local shops and a supermarket.
