Resumo: The Association is organizing a long-term ESC individual volunteering project that will take place in Poland - 10 months between September 2023 and July 2024.
Join our team of 21 volunteers. The main aim of the project is to develop key competences and gain experience by being an ESC volunteer. Taking part in our project means working with kids, youth and local community. You will have a great
chance to present yourself, your country and culture, participate in different workshops and activities.

ABOUT US
We are a group of people with different interests, points of view and ways of life. But there is one thing we have
in common - being active. Every day we are trying to convince people, young and old, that after work or school, there is a lot of interesting things to do. Our motto is: The active are living more attractive!


We run several programmes like Regional Voluntary Service, Sektor 3 - NGO Support Centre, Big Brothers Big Sisters. We are active on international level since 2007 as a sending, hosting and coordinating EVS/ ESC organization and hosting for students and professionals from countries of Eastern Europe to Poland

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: During this time you will be presenting your culture, country, ideas and creative approach in organizing activities for kids, youth and local community. You will have a chance to participate in many workshops that will help you develop the skills in working with kids, will show you the basics of management, Social Media, idea of being a volunteer. Those workshops will prepare you to work in the chosen area, which could be kindergarten, NGO office – depending
on the specific project.

Kindergarten: 17 volunteers in 4 kindergartens support the staff in taking care of the kids/ teaching basic skills, teaches basics of the native language, organizes and leads activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development by games, arts, crafts, music, storytelling, events.

Office: 4 volunteers support Regional Volunteering Centre and its programmes Big Brother Big Sister and Emergency Teaching, administrate our Social Media, prepare posters/ flyers, promote the idea of ESC, write reports, organize courses of native language/ workshops, cultural events, cooperate with localschools.

Horário: Each month there are 2 days for you to use as days off. You can use them in the beginning of the month or in the end – your choice. For a longer break you can use the holiday time that
you receive for the whole project. Planning your days off or holiday goes hand in hand with the working schedule of your hosting organization
