Resumo: (Volunteering team project - education)
The Association is organizing a short-term ESC project this summer - this will be our 9th edition. We would like to host 10 volunteers from 5 different countries (2 from each) in Poland from 2.07 - 28.08.2023 (travel days: 1st July and 29th August: 58 activity time + 2 travel days).

Perfil: Age: 18-30
A working language of the project is English language so it would be good to know it to communicate with all the people around you. You don’t need to be a fluent speaker – all you need is to be able to speak and understand English and feel free when using it. Do an online English test and check your language skills – if at least B1 level is your level you are ready to go. If not – contact us and we can see what we can do about it (you don’t need to know the complicated grammar rules - you need to speak English and be understood). Besides this, if you can read and understand this information (even with the help of a translator) – start packing.

Tarefas: The main topic of this project is working with children by organizing two sessions of the workshops. The idea of the workshops is to present to children (age 9 - 15) culture and language of the countries taking part in the project. In addition all volunteers will have a chance to participate in different workshops, do some research on voluntary service and NGO, meet other NGO and support their activities. Volunteers who will be interested in taking up some extra voluntary actions,will have an opportunity to join activities organized by Regional Volunteer Centre.

Horário: week 1: on – arrival training, team building, city adaptation
week 2: additional workshops, workshops preparation
week 3&4: first round of the workshops
week 5: days off andworkshops preparation
week 6&7: second of the workshops
week 8: days off, evaluation of the project, YouthPass

Condições: Every volunteer who istaking part in the project is supported with pocket and food allowance money (not less than 7EUR per day of the stay) - money for your expenses that you can use to buy the food for yourself, travel around,
buy new clothes or visit an art gallery. You will be accommodated in a student dormitory (double/ triple rooms) with access to kitchen and bathroom. All the kitchen appliances like forks, spoons etc. will be there also. To reach Szczecin
and come back home you will. also, be supported with travel money - the exact amount depends on your travel distance from home to Szczecin. For all the activities that you will be doing, you will also have a chance to use the project
budget to buy necessary materials and tools.
