Resumo: The coordinating organization is a social Cooperative. Our mission is to work in favour of disadvantaged people such as people with disabilities, minors and older people. We design and manage services promoting social inclusion, participation, self-determination and solidarity. We address also the whole citizenship through promotional and cultural events.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: centre that hosts older people who require assistance. They could have different levels of cognitive impairments, including also Alzheimer and different forms of dementia, physical impairments and behavioural disorders.

Volunteers will have also the opportunity to be involved in other activities and services such as:
 MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION: communication is one of the main ways to contribute to spread a culture of inclusion and solidarity.
 IN FESTA. Annual cultural festival consisting of: theatrical plays, concerts, debates, etc. which are performed in
different public places in the province of Vicenza. Each year the festival has a main theme, connected with current important social challenges/issues, which is declined in each event in a different way. The aim is to promote the culture and values of Margherita, which are strictly connected with EU ones (solidarity, inclusion, human rights, community development etc.).
 TRAINING ACTIVITIES: realization of courses, workshops and training events for different target groups and themes such as childhood, parenthood, environment and sustainability.
 MINORS SERVICES: services include centres for disadvantaged minors reported by municipalities’ social services. They host minors in need of special protection and educational, relational and/or school support from 6 to 14 years-old (Apollo and Volo services); after school services and summer camp (during the summer period).
