Resumo: (education)
The school is located in in a small and cosy town. Nevertheless, it has a good connection to the twon as well as to Slovenia. Volunteers can easily travel around.
The school itself focuses on learning through project activities and empathic communications. Therefore, this placement is good for active and initiative volunteers. Previous experience with children very valuable.
Also, volunteers help the school team in some practical daily tasks, so we expect volunteers to be
collaborative

Perfil: Age: 18-30
responsible and motivated to help students, and assist teachers; open-minded, active, initiative; able to deal with children of different age and social backgrounds; interest in alternative pedagogy; specific skills in arts, music, handicrafts, sports.

Tarefas: Daily work in school has project groups, which work independently but are guided by teachers. We expect volunteers to be interested in pedagogy, be able to assist teachers and children during lessons and in after school activities.

Condições: Volunteers will stay in an apartment and have his/her own room. We will provide a ticket to use the public transport in the region. Volunteers will get monthly allowance for food. Pocket money for Austria is 6 € / day.
