Resumo: The association is an increasingly recognizable place for gathering, meeting and educating young people. It is located in the block of flats, which is characterized by diverse socio-economic and family issues and cultural and ethical diversity. The youth center tries to respond to the needs in which the young people here live and grow up.

The association was founded on the initiative of young people who wanted to do something for their peers in the beginning of 2006. The association employs many animators and volunteers under the auspices of qualified youth leaders who organize non-profit activities through the Boscos preventive educational method. The main motto of the work is to be with young people. An important goal of our work is to encourage young people to participate responsibly in the life and activities of the environment in which they are (family, friends, oratory, city district). Through various activities, we try to attract and involve young people and children so that they do not become left to the streets. Many of them belong to vulnerable groups in society. We strive to provide quality activities for everyone to spend their free time safely and usefully, to offer learning opportunities, and to help them become an active part of society, regardless of their religious, cultural or ethnic affiliation.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for young volunteers who should be of legal age - between 18 and 30 years old and should have the joy of working with children and young people, as our center works with this group of participants and visitors to the center. We expect volunteers to be communicative, responsible, self-initiative, and like to work in a team. It is desirable that they already have experience with volunteering.

Tarefas: The volunteers will be part of the team of volunteers at the hosting organization. Priorities that volunteers will carry out activities within the youth center itself- assistance and socializing on the playground and in club rooms, work with children and youth, preparation and implementation of activities with children and youth - playing board games, sports activities.
Also, during the winter holidays when organizing various activities for the visitor center- both the daily program during the school year and the initial program during the summer holidays. In addition to working with children and young people who visit the center, the volunteers come together and work with a home team of volunteers who come to the center. It is expected that the volunteers will carry out a project (workshops, event, etc.) during the exchange, as they will also gain new knowledge and competences.

Condições: Volunteers will be accommodated in furnished rooms with a bathroom located in the same building as the youth center. In rooms are internet too. They can use washing machin with other people living in center. They will also have a shared kitchen for preparing meals. In the immediate vicinity of the center there are also several grocery stores and shopping malls where they can buy everything they need. By arrangement, volunteers will have transportation to our center. They will have a monthly pocket money that they can use for their own needs.
