Our organization makes sure that all young people have conditions and opportunities for education, development, participation in public life, and thus create a healthy and democratic civil society at levels from local to European.

We care about it on various levels:

we provide European information for young people as well as support and consultations, we support young people in organizing exchanges of youth initiatives, we support people and organizations working with youth through training, seminars and building tools for working with young people, we participate in the development of youth policies at levels from local to European, we strengthen tools and structures for youth participation.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
1 LAST spot for this opportunity, starting either in the middle of March or in the start of April. Motivated and proactive, ready to experience the world of youth working and interested in organizing and leading workshops and activities. Fluent in English and able to work in a group. The coordinator will help with the everyday work in the Youth centers but the participant has to be motivated enough to organize their work and come up with ideas and activities. Flexible working time, any extra day or hour of work will be given back as an opportunity to relax or travel around Poland.

Tarefas: The role of the volunteers will be to organize, help with the organization and improve the quality of life in the office and Youth centers. With a daily routine that will include working as a team of 6 volunteers in our central office and taking care of the daily shifts in our youth centers supported by the coordinators of the organization, the volunteers will organize, lead and experience activities and events related to the world of Youth working in all it’s shapes. The events mentioned above will be of different nature, based on the volunteers' interests and passions, and organized accordingly to needs. From language classes to art events, from Board games to Sports, as long as the educational part related to Youth info will be there, the volunteers will be able to express them self as they prefer. The volunteers will also be able to join the other activities of the organization and grow as Youth workers at 360°.

Condições: The 6 volunteers will share a flat payed by the association, located at walking distance from the city center. The association will provide a monthly ticket to be able to travel from the accommodation to the working place as well as monthly money (for a total of 232€ per month) for food and extra expenses. For any extra needs or anything missing in the Flat, the association will provide as well as reimburse extra transport costs as long as they are related to volunteering activities. The working days are from Monday to Friday, with 2 extra free days per month and a flexible schedule
