Our organization makes sure that all young people have conditions and opportunities for education, development, participation in public life, and thus create a healthy and democratic civil society at levels from local to European.

We care about it on various levels:

we provide European information for young people as well as support and consultations, we support young people in organizing exchanges of youth initiatives, we support people and organizations working with youth through training, seminars and building tools for working with young people, we participate in the development of youth policies at levels from local to European, we strengthen tools and structures for youth participation.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We have 1 LAST spot available for this opportunity. We offer strong professional preparation and great doze of practice. What matters for us is motivation and ability to turn on creativity, responsibility and initiative, as everything that you will do (within the framework of youth work) belongs to you (idea, implementation, evaluation) - of course with our support and resources, but not leadership. We want to invest in you by sharing knowledge, skills, resources and possibility to use the in practice taking up responsibilities.

Tarefas: The main idea for volunteers in small, beautiful, mountain town is to contribute to the raise of youth opportunities here in town. Volunteers will be a driving force to work with young people in age of 13-26 living, learning, working in Rabka-Zdrój on developing their own initiatives, youth projects, cultural events, skills development activities. Volunteers (working in the group of 3 people) will manage youth center, organize language animations, participate in local youth festivals and help the organization in international mobilities, in Training and Education Center that we run. Integration is also very important at this point. What will you learn? How to organise youth work in small town, run non formal education activities, organise youth exchanges and festivals, how to apply quality in youth work and work on topics like youth policy development, empowerment etc.

Condições: Accommodation will be provided in the lovely 3-persons apartment 10 minutes walking from Training and Education Center and around 35 minutes from youth center . The flat is located in the beautiful wooden house, renovated, with windows turned to the mountains and sunset. The owner is very friendly and likes young people:) The allowance for food in the amount 3,5 euro per day will be sent by wire transfer, who have kitchen and all necessary facilities in the flat. We cover transportation costs to the venue and back until the travel costs limits of Erasmus+ rules.
