Resumo: The hosting organization is a NGO with mission to support young people in reaching their highest potential and becoming active members of society.

We’re active both on local and international level.

Internationally our projects aim to address such topics as entrepreneurship, personal growth & quality youth work. We organise cross-European trainings and youth exchanges, as well as run an online community for NGO leaders and
project managers.

Our aim to connect to a local community in numerous ways: from picnics & workshops to educational programs and storytelling events. Our activities are carried out in English and explore the topics of leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, mental well-being and personal growth.

Perfil: • interested in project/event management and youth work;
• see yourself working or running an NGO in future;
• passionate about Erasmus+ & ESC;
• coming from ESC Program country;
• aged 18-30.

Tarefas: ● facilitation in local workshops/storytelling events;
● projects' design and writing;
● assisting in coordination of Erasmus+ & ESC projects;
● managing social media and digital tools: FB, Instagram, AdWords;
● YouTube channel development;
● Besides, in 2022 we opened House:Volunteering & Retreat Center outside the city where we carry out our summer activities. You’re also welcome to join us there!
● developing a personal project.
