Resumo: The hosting organization is the training school. It is a non-profit organisation, created in 2005.
It was born out of the need to provide formal and non-formal training to teachers, school managers, workers from all the Intersindical Valenciana and the different youth associations that are part of the different organizations or are nourished by it for its development in terms of activities and funding.
Our main objective has been and continues to be combining and promoting the values of solidarity, equality, social justice and equity with the commitments required by the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Our organization forms a wide collaborative network with schools, teachers, management teams and youth associations throughout the Valencian Community, where specific training plans for these sectors are carried out. It aims to promote an inclusive spirit within all schools.
It is responsible for ensuring that training actions are of the highest quality, are linked to the improvement of working conditions and the service provided, have the highest possible administrative recognition and are accessible, ensuring that they are free of charge. We try to elaborate training plans that satisfy the demands and respond to the needs of both the members of the organization and the different participants from other organizations, children's organizations, youth organizations.
Our main goal is to alleviate the lack of training offer and the needs of different collectives, introducing new quality training contents, investigating a new model of continuous training that is public, efficient, competitive, participative and that allows young people and unemployed people to acquire the skills and competences that our current reality demands, such as digital competence. Using in all training processes an active and collaborative methodology that starts from a reflection on the reality of workplaces and creates a critical awareness that serves as a tool for social transformation. All this with the aim of creating new employment prospects, especially for young people, contributing directly and indirectly to economic dynamism
Perfil: Age: 18-30
The nature of the proposed activities shows the need for total active participation and volunteer participation which will facilitated by the role of tutor and supervisor: with the role of involving the volunteer in the organization of daily work and with the aim of helping the volunteer to settle in the daily life and culture of the host country. The tutors will use a variety of techniques (such as counseling, training, active listening and feedback), but also, talks, meetings, activity planning and learning process and joint leisure activities.

Volunteers will work in 3 main areas:
Training/information/job counselling for the members/affiliates of the entity -Development of training plans and their adaptation to the different sectors -European Projects (Injuve/CES/KA1/2/3) The volunteers will collaborate in the tasks of the center, in the management of the projects, to support and develop activities for young people, so that they can learn the values of our society and of Europe such as solidarity, freedom, democracy, respect for inclusion, other cultures and equity. They will support the communication department in the creation of editorial plans for the projects managed by the hosting organization, developing their skills in creating textual/graphic/video content and will collaborate in the dissemination of European citizenship and active participation in society. They will be responsible for supporting a campaign on the environment and SDGs from our offices and disseminating it to our associated entities.
