Resumo: The main aim the Foundation is to support and promote holistic and sustainable development.
By holistic we mean physical, mental, social human development.
By sustainable we understand the re-integration of society with nature, art, economics.

Our target groups : young people, children, middle-aged and elderly people.
We pay special attention to young people with fewer opportunities. We mainly focus on geographical (coming from rural areas, disadvantaged regions), economic (coming from dysfunctional families) and those related to disability (we have experience with motor, visual and mild mental disabilities (like autism, Down syndrome) obstacles
Actually, inclusion is kind of the background music of all our activities. We strongly believe that true, holistic and sustainable development of society is only possible if all its members are actively involved in this process. The idea behind all our activities is that they are accessible to everyone.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for young people (18-30 age range) who want to become volunteers. Work experience and qualifications (with kids) may be useful but not necessary. We are looking for creative, responsible and children friendly people. People who are optimistic and like to smile :) We are located at the foot of Izera mountains, close to Czech and German Borders and its good to have experience of living in a small towns close to mountains, nature and castles ;) We also want you to be part of our foundation team and help us in the office and with the organisation of our international projects.

Tarefas: We run an afterschool-club for children, and are looking for people who will support the educators in conducting sports, artistic, theatrical and culinary activities for children .You will assist in the preparation and organization of special, cultural and artistic events, thematic classes. You will accompany children in their play and games during trips, going to the playground - playing together with children, supporting them develop language skills - Its max 24h / week . You will also help in the Foundation with the development of our social media - management of the FB page, Instagram. You will support us in the management of international projects in which the Foundation is a partner organization: assistance in searching for youth exchange participants, preparing attractive offers and recruitment, assistance in selection, preparing the group for intercultural experiences, help during international projects.

Condições: You will live together with another volunteer in a 2-room apartment. The flat is fully equipped. We will provide You with the pocket money, food allowance and a bicycle :) Its a small town so you may say that everywhere is close ;). Our office is located in the town's centre, only few minutes from the apartment.. Please notice that the duration of the project is 12 months.
