Resumo: (Environmental Activities)
The organization is a non-for-profit organization situated in Greece. It is an initiative with the aim of inspiring and initiate young people to volunteer through social actions in Greece and abroad. The main areas that we work are environment, sports, education and social entrepreneurship. We aim to enhance collaboration, equality, empathy, positive energy and kindness between all the human beings so that we can all live in agreement with nature.

Perfil: The project is open for young happy, positive and flexible people:
● Aged 18 - 30 years old
● facing any kind of troubles in life (long-term unemployed, facing financial or social obstacles, LGBTQIA)
● Interested in living the experience of spending the summer season in a beautiful campsite by the sea.
● Highly motivated to explore the lifestyle of a social changemaker (being an initiator, being flexible with working hours and working places, being open-minded, being flexible in general).
● Ready to work in an international environment with cultural differencies

Tarefas: ➔ Taking care of our vegetable garden.
➔ Maintain a compost and food waste management system.
➔ Operate our Waste Management Info station and conduct upcycling workshops.
➔ Participate and promote the beach clean up activities.
➔ Participate in tree planting activities.
➔ Assist us in environmental awareness activities in the region.

Condições: During your ESC project, your accommodation is fully covered by the programme costs. The organization base is at Glamping, where the volunteers nest is located as well! You will share a room with one more volunteer. Regarding food, you are going to enjoy free delicious meals at the restaurant 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Raches is a small sea-side village where the longest distance is less than 3km, so you do not really need transportation. If you like cycling though, you are more than welcome to use our bicycles!
