Resumo: The coordinating organization was founded in 2008. The aims to promote the autonomy and personality of young people and their active social engagement. Supporting disadvantaged young people in the interests of equal opportunities, involving young people in small settlements in social processes.

Perfil: We are searching for volunteers for a kindergarten so the applicants need to like to work with kids. The volunteers can be between 18-30 years old.

Tarefas: The volunteers speak in foreign (her/his/english) languages with the children (3-7 years old), so them vocabulary is growing, and they get closer to the others identity. The volunteers help the teachers in their job to develop children’s competences. They also participated in children’s playing activities and if they wish they can be part of the taking care process (e.g.: getting dressed, eating, etc.).
The volunteers have the opportunity to present their own traditions, folk customs and dishes related different celebrations in the kindergarten.

Horário: The volunteers work 6 hours/day.
Besides the weekly and daily routines we organise occasional programmes, in which volunteers will be able to join - seasonal playhouses - field trips - christmas celebrations - parents - carers ball - carnival parties - open week for future kindergarteners and their parents - children's day events - father's day - end of year - playful afternoons - may tree planting - dancing - school graduati

Condições: Will live together in the same house but in separate rooms. In the house they will have everything, e.g. heating, hot water, wi- fi, gas, etc... The cleaning will be them own responsibility. They will have equipped kitchen.
