Resumo: (kindergarten)
The Kindergarten is situated in the center of town in an architectural building from soviet union Stalin times. The Kindergarten was opened on 1952 and is situated in the centre. The kindergarten has 68 years pre-school educational experiences. There are 4 groups in the kindergarten: one of them is for children up to 3 years old and three other groups are for children over 3 years of age, altogether there are place for 95 children. One of the groups is practices Montessori pedagogy. Working language in kindergarten is Estonian, but we have multicultural kids in groups also ( arabic, british, swedish, finnish, russian, spanish). Kindergarten team have 17 members + 2 volunteers, pedagogical personal director, head-teacher and 10 teachers included music and gymnastic teachers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- Willingness to give input 7 hours a day, five days a week.
- Willingness to contribute during the summer months - the kindergarten is open yearround.
- The volunteer needs to value cooperation and finding solutions through open and honest dialogue.

Tarefas: - Introducing their country to the children of our kindergarten, their parents and staff through different events throughout the school year. Eg. Photo exhibition or other display about their country of origin, food tasting, the introduction of games etc.
- Accompany teachers and groups of up to 24 children on mini trips to museums, exhibitions, libraries, nature etc.
- Help the teacher in the preparation of learning materials (e.g. prepare worksheets, copy materials, prepare suppl etc.).
- Help the teacher and children during the everyday teaching activities and outside playtime (e.g. Art tasks, playing etc.).
- Help to dress, look after and feed the younger children, support them in their daily activities
- Organize sports activities for children (e.g. a weekly outdoor sports activity).
