Resumo: (libraries)
The association is a youth organization from Romania, it was founded in 2016 by a group of young people determinate to make a positive change in community through European projects of volunteering.

Our work for Youth development:
- Coordinate erasmus projects in our community
- International volunteering projects funded by European solidarity corps program
- Manage a youth center in our city
- Support the young people’s initiatives

Perfil: - age between 18 to 30 years old
- motivated to organize workshops with the topics above
- beginner to medium level of English
- open to work with children from 9 to 15 years old
- active and with sense of initiative regarding the activities for children

Tarefas: Tasks for the volunteer:
- to initiate and organize events/workshops in the partners libraries
- to collaborate with the local volunteers for local projects - Mandatory one project during the stage
- to cooperate on learning how to write an Erasmus+ project
- to promote the activities on social media

Activities in the project: Activities for personal development of children and teenagers from rural libraries. Non-formal activities will take the form of interactive games based on active participation.
The games will be organized as:
- brainstorming in teams,
- role play, team competitions,
- practical activities for understanding natural phenomena,
- debates

Additional, each volunteer will have an online group with children from rural schools who will develop their English level. As output, they will also create a brochure with their activities.

Horário: - Your working schedule will be flexible, according to the schedule from the partners libraries.

- Each volunteer has to make 25 hours/weeek

- 70% for workshops/events in the libraries

- 10% for research at home/office

- 20% in the office on working with other volunteers for local projects with local volunteers or Erasmus+.
