Resumo: The association is a youth organization from Romania, it was founded in 2016 by a group of young people determinate to make a positive change in community through European projects of volunteering.

Our work for Youth development:
- Coordinate erasmus projects in our community
- International volunteering projects funded by European solidarity corps program
- Manage a youth center in our city
- Support the young people’s initiatives

The activities should focus on developing young people's social skills from our local partnerships.

The activities should be events/workshops or meetings with local young people at Youth Hub, schools, and local high schools. The topics for the workshops are related to actual issues like:
- English for beginners
- Workshops on well being
- Workshops about Public speaking skills
- Art and culture workshops/events

Furthermore, the volunteers will organize workshops/events about European youth opportunities, career path or entrepreneurship.

Perfil: age between 18 to 30 years old
motivated to organize workshops with the topics above
beginner to medium level of English open to collaborate with local volunteers
active and with sense of initiative
regarding youth workshops

Tarefas: - to promote the activities from the Youth Center in the high schools and in the city
- to initiate and organize events/workshops in the youth Center/boarding schools, high schools
- to collaborate with the local volunteers for local projects -Mandatory one project during the stage
- to take initiative for offer their experience to the local young people
- to lead workshops for personal development of local young people
- to cooperate on learning how to write an Erasmus+ project

Horário: Our working schedule will be flexible from 10:00 to 21:00 , but each volunteer has to make 25 hours/week.

70% - for workshops in the Youth Center/high schools/boarding schools

10% for research at home/office

20% in the office on working with other volunteers for local projects with local volunteers or Erasmus+.
