The Association was created out of the heart’s need - of its founders, volunteers and people to whom our activities are directed. The name comes from the main areas of our activity - Integration, Youth, Potential, Activity, Culture and Tourism.
In our activities, we mainly deal with various types of non-formal education and we care for youth participation. We also act for local community - we conduct intergenerational theater plays, gardening workshops for children or survival camps - these are just some of the events we organized in the past years. We also organize foreign language projects. During our trips, we conduct city games, visit cultural institutions and foreign schools in order to to familiarize young people with the specificity of education in various countries. We are active in the area of the Erasmus + program, organizing international exchanges and trainings courses, as well as the European Solidarity Corps program, thanks to which we can implement local and national activities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for a person who efficiently operates in the area of social media and has skills in graphic design... who will combine it with youth animation! If this sounds quite like you, keep reading!

We are searching for easy-going, nice and creative person, flexible and open-minded, with a sense of initiative. You should also be responsible and motivated to act. Sense of humour and communicative English are also always welcome. :) Please check our social media and website before applying to get to know what we do and who we are! We will set up an online meeting after we will get your application to know you a little bit more. When can you start your Volunteering Adventure? Well, we would like to host you as fast as possible!

Tarefas: Deciding to volunteer in our organization, you can expect a wide variety of daily tasks, numerous trips throughout the country on board our Dreambus, where typical daily activities may include:
- helping with conducting the chemical experiments;
- leading language and culture meetings, both in schools and 'on the road';
- organizing movie nights;
- animate the local community, youth and kids You will be also able to get involved in:
- taking care of the social media profiles of the aforementioned events;
- support the leaders and coordinators during the exchanges and courses;
- take and then edit pictures and videos and publish them on our social media.
We will also give you a space for your own initiatives!

Condições: Accommodation: you will have your own room in a flat shared with other volunteer. Pocket money: 4 euro per day and additional money for food. You will receive it via bank transfer to your Polish bank account, which we will help you set up here in Poland.
