Resumo: The hosting organization is a social-artistic youth organization. Through performing arts we empower young people and give them a voice about problems of the young and the city.
With their performances they create a awareness or even offer solutions. Weekly we host a group of teenagers (10 to 14 years) that play and discuss with performing arts (rap, music, theater, dance). We create different performances with adults to connect neighbors. Our freelancers give workshops in schools, care centers, companies, ... to tackle discrimination and exclusion with performing arts.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
In the first place, we are looking f or a person who is eager to do and learn for the project. But in order to make the project a success, we will ask some things of you:
- the digital skills you have: in this way we can plan the trainings you need. In our office we work with Google workspace, Ad grants, Asana, Canva, Premiere Pro and Office. In which ones would you need help?
- What you would want to learn surrounding photography, filming and editing? And what you already can do.
- Your experience with diversity (religion, culture, abilities, gender, ...) and your openess to learn about intersectional thinking and nonviolent communication.
- Your experience in digital marketing (google ad grants) and what you would like to learn most in this field.
- To take a Dutch course to improve your interaction with the teenagers., when you (probably) don't know it yet.

Tarefas: - Photographing and filming activities and performances.
- Interviewing partcipants and write/video edit their stories
- Editing photos and videos designing content for social media create marketing plans on social media and google
ad grants
- social artistic event support or organization
- Help building the online stage

Condições: Accomodation: we will provide a room in a shared house in the city for you, where you can make new friends.

Meals: you get a budget to provide yourself in the food you like best.

Transport: you will get a bicycle and bus pass for Flanders. You will also get a Go Pass to travel around Belgium in your free time every 3 months.
Administrative help: we will help you get all your administration in order.

Dutch course: After a year in Moving Ground, you can proudly add the language Dutch to your CV. Our team is trained in speaking Dutch with learners on the basic level.
