The hosting organization is an association founded by people coming from different fields that aims at moving the non-formal education filed forward through innovative projects and initiatives. The main aims of the organization are:
- to cooperate with other organizations in Spain and Europe to promote social inclusion, creativity, arts, culture, active citizenship, respect towards diversity and other civic values;
- to provide trainig opportunities for competence development, civic engagement, promotion of social values and others;
- to promote activities and projects that follow the prinicples of quality, revelence, usefulness and dynamism.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: volunteer will shadow or support professionals in the areas of theater facilitation, theater directing and project management. They will participate in a comprehensive training program on theatre facilitation with young people.

They will be able to facilitate their own workshops and direct plays on their own, after having spent some time observing, and then working with youth (under supervision and support) to run workshops in pairs.
