Resumo: The Coordinating organization was established in 2001 as a self-governing association of people sensitive to social problems. The organization employs active people, willing to take actions for the benefit of others, interested in youth issues, intercultural education and culture. Running a wide-ranging activity in Poland and abroad, it undertakes initiatives in the field of culture and intercultural education. We initiate and promote all forms of youth activity. We strive to achieve this by organizing training courses, seminars, conferences, public events, meetings and international exchanges. We are one of the largest organizations in Poland dealing with European volunteering.

For almost 20 years of the organization's activity, we have completed over six hundred projects, one of the most important goals of which was to understand the need and importance of voluntary work. Every year we carry out European Voluntary Service projects (under the ERASMUS+ program and the European Solidarity Corps), as part of which we host over 30 foreign volunteers each year. These volunteers work for the benefit of the local community, sharing information about the traditions of their countries, their cultures, their interests and work experiences. Foreign volunteers work in various institutions and non-profit organizations.*

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We search for volunteers that are motivated and willing to dedicate their work to children. We do not expect the volunteers to have a lot of previous experience in work with children. From experience, we know that motivation is more important than experience in this kind of work. Work in the kindergarten can be demanding - children do not speak foreign languages and they can be the time-consuming and demanding group to take care of. We need volunteers that like working with children (from 3 to 6 years old) and can create and lead their own activities.

Tarefas: All volunteers would be responsible for helping kids in everyday indoor and outdoor activities and routines. Their stay is valid in young learners’ education. The teacher will be able to introduce such topics as tolerance to different nations and moreover, they could increase kids’ awareness that they are responsible for the future of Europe. By everyday contact, pupils will get familiar with their habits and culture. What is most important, they will have the possibility to know better the living language. The whole kindergarten community will have the chance to cooperate, co-work and integrate with volunteers.
