Resumo: (INCLUSION, DIVERSITY & GREEN PRACTICES)
The project aims to address challenges within social context and develop EU awareness to stimulate positive change. The project will involve young people aged between 18 and 30, from different EU countries. Volunteers will be involved in the design and implementation of interventions aimed at individuals at risk of marginalization, as well as the promotion of opportunities for training and non-formal education.
Volunteers will get in touch with organizations in the area that deal with social cohesion through non-formal education, ecological awareness, and active commitment to reduce the rates of marginality.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
male
- intersted in social work with organizations and willing to pass on his/her knowledge and skills and learn through it;
- open minded and willing to learn new skills and work in team and also individually depending on activity;
- Interested in working in an international and multicultural environment;
- Interested in environmental issues;
- motivated to undertake a volunteer experience abroad and intercultural exchange.

Tarefas: - Collaboration with local associations in their daily activities to increase levels of social cohesion and reduce marginality;
- Supporting the social associations of the territory by proposing their own ideas and initiatives on the theme of
social marginality developing new ideas for activities and workshops for local youth, as well as sharing their
country, language, traditions;
- Promotion of projects aimed at reception and social inclusion.
