Resumo: The organization is a non-governmental, civic and independent assciation from other state bodies, created by free choice and initiative of founding members in August 2008.
The purpose of the association is Reducing economical, social and educational disparities in society.
Since it was established, the Association held different activities for young people because we consider them to be an important factor of change in our society.
Currently the association conducts youth activities locally, regionally and nationally, and internationally through various youth mobilities.

Perfil: – be between 18 and 30 years old
– flexible, open-minded, tolerant, communicative
– with experience as a local volunteer
– interested in gaining experience in pedagogy, special education, non-formal education and working with young people
– the desire to work in a team or individually with initiative and creativity
– eager to help young people, especially the disadvantaged
– prepared to fight exclusion, prejudice and stereotypes
– knowledge of English at least at beginner level

Tarefas: Volunteering in our project will consist of organizing non-formal activities for children and young people in placement centers in Resita. Activities in these centers will be organized daily and will be educational and consensus activities based on the methodology of non-formal education, designed to develop creativity, involvement, active participation, tolerance and acceptance among young people, as well as to develop communication and self appreciation skills.

In addition to these activities, the volunteers will also focus on the involvement of local young people in various social activities, by facilitating interactions between young people in placement centers and young people in the community.
