Resumo: (young people)
The Association, established in 2002 in Poland, has been active in the field of youth activation and its role in the local community for many years. The activities of the association are aimed at young people and people cooperating with them. The aim is to activate young people to actively participate in deciding on matters important to them and developing their skills. For years, we have been providing support to young active people, youth leaders through training, regranting and information.

We provide comprehensive support to young people to help them realize their own ideas. We are one of the biggest organizations in the region. In addition to the counseling, information and training activities we also run an incubator for youth organizations. Thanks to the implementation of Youth Grant project many small youth projects in the region have been supported through small grants. We have experience in the implementation of volunteering projects (we hosted volunteers under the project Youth in Action, Erasmus + and now European Solidarity Corps). We carry out projects targeted at a wide audience (youth, seniors, scouts, youth leaders, the environment at risk of exclusion). Since 2004 we have been running Eurodesk, since 2009 we have been running the Europe Direct Europe Information Point.

Since 2016 we have been carrying out a project involving 16 thousand people and 100 schools (14 thousand students and 2 thousand teachers). It consists in raising the competences of both groups through educational modules, entrepreneurship, maritime education, first aid, vocational training.

Also from 2016 we have the RODM (Regional Center of International Debate). The purpose of the RODM network is to bring Polish foreign policy closer to Polish citizens and to strengthen channels of cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, local governments and non-governmental organizations. Support for information and education activities.

Our project main objective is to develop youth compentences in the field of knowledge, to develop practical skills and provide youth with a common ground for creating activities aimed at the integration and exchange of expreience.
This project combines principles of solidarity and volunteering as important instruments for development of local community.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- motivated to do ESC volunteering project;
- willing to improve Engilsh for better communication;
- willing to learn how to work in international environment;
- willing to help in the implementation of activities planned in the hosting organization and schools;
- interested to learn how to write short promotional texts;
-experience in work with the local community and young people is welcome;
-available for the period of volunteering

Tarefas: - support the activities which organization implement in the organization for the local youth and help the coordinators of School Clubs in developing workshops and debates, cultural presentations;
- work with the supervisors for promotion of the activities in the association and in school clubs;
- update the social media, by writing articles about volunteering experience;
- with help of supervisor prepare own activity for local community or school clubs (workshops about youth active participation, European values and opportunities, youth life and youth policy).

Volunteers will be hosted in Poland and will be involved to the topics: citizenship and democratic participation; European identity and values, skills development and very important will be the intercultural solidarity context. Our organization is reacting for the most important current needs of community, so volunteer will be also partly involved in activities which Association do for the Ukrainians who came to the city after the 24-th of February (Free shop for Ukrainians, help in children's camp, organization of integration meetings for Ukrainians and local community).

Condições: Accommodation: The volunteer will be living in a hosting rooms (2 people in the room) which located on the 2-nd floor of
Association, which have basic needed facilities, double rooms, shared toilet and kitchen.

Travel Cost: from the country of volunteer to Poland and back, will be covered due to distance calculator, after receiving tickets and Invoices for travel expenses.

Pocket Money: 4Eur/day

Food Allowance: 600,00 PLN/month
